New meeting and work structure

We’ve decided to have a reorganise of QWP meetings.
Both our process meetings and development meetings are once a month, and the weeks in between will have work evenings for those who can come.
- First Wednesday of the month is now the process meeting. This is a non-technical meeting for anyone with a passing interest in the project who wants to find out what’s going on, get involved, get a job to do, etc! There are jobs to do both on and offline, technical and non technical, so don’t be afraid and come along!
- Third Wednesday of the month is the development meeting. This will be a geek-heavy, code based discussion where we actually get to the nitty gritty of coding. Feel free to come to this one if you’re interested in coding or being an administrator.
- Second and forth Wednesdays (and fifth if there is one) will be our work evenings, subject to change. These will be where we get specific jobs done, both technical and non technical. This is where you can turn up and help out with no need to commit to anything, there’s always little jobs that need doing! Also this is a good time to come meet people in a non-technical environment.
All meets are on IRC, server: irc.indymedia.org, channel #queerweb. Feel free to contact kim@alliscalm.net if you need any help accessing. The two meetings are 8pm-9.30pm, and the work evenings will generally start around 6.
